Designjet t520

Hello, We are having printing issues with a DesignJet T520. The roll in the printer has a width of 296mm.

The document I want to print has the size of 800x297mm

When I want to print I don't know why it adds width and height to my printout. From the size of 800x297mm, my document reaches the print size of 840.99x420.03mm

Sorry for my English. I hope I made myself clear. Thank you.

If the roll is 296mm then you can print a 286 mm drawing. Set your drawing to 286mm x length and try to print.

You need to fit the document to the paper size. You state the roll is 296 and the document is 297. You will either need to fit document to page size or reduce it slightly. You could also try HP Click, a driverless solution for plotters that takes care of these type of resizes really well.
