Designjet t610 mk cartridge

Good evening, designjet t610 says that the mk cartridge is empty even if it looks full, I replaced it went in ready and immediately afterwards it says again that the empty cartridge. how can i solve?

Try cleaning the contacts on the cartridge itself and the contacts in the ink slot where the cartridge plugs in. Power off the plotter, remove the cartridge and use a water moistened cotton swab to clean the contacts, make sure everything is dry before reinserting the cartridge and staring the device back up.
