Product: Designjet Z5200
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I am trying to get this printer to work for my teacher and I have error 08:11. It seems that pressing the buttons doesn't do anything. I tried unplugging and plugging the power supply back in and when I do that the printer turns on, gets to 1% and then goes to error 08:11. Light one is flashing, light 2 and 3 are off.

HP Recommended

Defective HDD will not load system. You need to replace the HDD with the correct HDD for that model, you can't install any disk.
