designjet z6200
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Designjet z6200 does not power on. Only Amber LED is On.

So I try to  remove the button battery and reattach on the formatter, it to turn it on.

After that power off, the power will not turn on unless you do the same work.

Heip me.

did you replace the battery with a new one? Maybe the battery is shot.

Thank you Repairatrooper

Before replacing the battery, the electrolytic capacitor had exploded, so I replaced 9 of them. Is this relevant?

Were the caps on the main board or in the power supply? It is possible that other components were damaged when the cap blew. Also recheck and make sure that all the caps are in the properly polarity.
