DesignJet T830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

While scanning (to Network Folder) multi-page PDFs on the T830, I ran into the following issue: after successfully scanning one page and being prompted by the scanner to load the next page, there is a very short time limit after which the scanner automatically cancels the prompt and proceeds to finalize and save the PDF. Now if I want to scan the next page, I have to start a new scan from the beginning without being able to add the page to the previous PDF.

This is a problem for me, because if I am scanning and doing other things on my computer nearby simultaneously, which is the case quite often, I don't always have my eyes on the scanner and the 10-15 second time limit to change the page is extremely short.

Now for my question: is it possible to extend or disable this time limit, or do I have to give the device my complete attention for the whole duration of scanning each page of a 20 page document?
