T830

Hello community,

a customer has now a new T830. He complains now that he has to set the paper format and orientation in the driver settings.

He says he had never to do this with T520 printer. He opened the plan and clicked Print and all was printed fine.

I somehow have the "feeling" that I've seen this  somewhere else. Can this be possible that there is a difference bewtween the behavior of the drivers/models.

I believe I've seen this too. On the old T520 the standard setting in the driver was A4. Then when you printed an A0 plot you had nothing to do I believe. Just click Print. And it was printed correctly. Now you have to set the format correctly to A0 in the printer driver.
