LA SOLUCION AL PROBLEMA QUE TENIA QUE CUANDO MANDANBA A IMPRIMIR EN MODALIDAD DE ROLLO IMPRIMIA Y CANCELABA Y DESCARGABA EL ROLLO SE SOLUCIONO CON UN MANTENIMIENTO FISICO AL PLOTTER Y EN EL AREA DE EL REWINDER EL MOTOR DE REBOBINA ESTABA SUELTO EL DISCO ENCODER, SE FIJO NUEVAMENTE SE AJUSTO Y SE RESOLVIO EL PROBLEMA. GRACIAS A DIOS. LO PUBLICO PARA QUE SI ALGUIEN TIENE UN PROBLEMA SIMILAR HAGA LO PROCEDENTE Y SEPA COMO CONDUCIRSE, TODO APLICA SI EL ENCODER NO ESTA ROTO SI ESTA ROTO HAY QUE CAMBIAR LA PIEZA.
