We are getting the following error code, what does it mean and how is it fixed?
System Error: 22:10
Severe Error:0x40d003
task:tNvmTrans
File: NVMTrans.c
Line: 1693
Tried rebooting without ink installed, machine goes through it's paces even trimming off the paper roll, then throws up the 22:10 error
any help much appreciated.

Has any work been done on the printer lately? If so, you'll want to check connections as well.
You might first try removing all the ink cartridges and turning on the printer, then insert the ink cartridges one at a time as the printer asks for them.
Could just be a dirty ink station too. Check the right hand support leg to see if ink is running down, indicating an overflowing ink station.
Post back what you find when you get time.
