Hello community, I have the error 55:10 in my plotter HP Designjet T1300, when I restart it the plotter start to load but before arrive at 100% it stops and shows me the error on the screen. I was reading about this error and it is a problem with the line sensor. Any idea to fix it?
Thanks

Problem with the Line Sensor. The product has detected a failure to access the Line Sensor EEPROM.
1. Switch the power off from the back of the product and disconnect the power cord. Reconnect the power cord and power on the product. 2. Perform the Carriage Test to troubleshoot the problem further. 3. Check the Line Sensor connections to the Carriage PCA. 4. Replace the Line Sensor. 5. Replace the Carriage PCA.
According service manual Line sensor (55) must be replaced (10) - see (page 79)
