I do not want to contradict @yoshihisa-yokoi but according to the service manual this error is caused by installing a used part from another machine. Have you recently serviced this machine

Hi,
I have the same problem. Got this error and in fact, I took formatter (including disk) from another designjet (T790 because apparently use the same formatter).
According to service manual:
System Error: 59.2:00
Problem Description: An unsupported or reused part has been installed.
Corrective action: Install only new parts recommended by HP for this product.
But is that true that I can not get this part from other plotter?
