latex 365
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Our latex 365 printer stuck at startup and displays the error 79:04 on front panel. It first cam during a print job and after restart it won't turn on and display the above error.

Recently had a print quality problem and figured out it was the optimizer head and replace the print head. Print quality problem solved and did 2 print jobs perfectly before the error came. I tried removing the optimizer head Since I replaced the optimizer head on the same day. Printer starts normally without it. So I try switching to old optimizer head and same error comes with it too.

Please help me out if anyone know the root of this problem.

Try this option below but if printer is not responding - call tech support to reset the printer (some other error has blocked the firmware and need to be reset from service menu).

- Turn off the printer from back switch and disconnect power cables for 5 min. Disconnect LAN cable also and prepare a flash drive with last firmware. Plug in power cables, put the flash drive in the printer and turn on the printer. If it's not responding and directly is displaying this error, you have to call tech support...(If firmware is installed and the error comes up again from start - again - tech support..)...
