1st you check your window xp , 7 ,8 10 or other then download firmware serial back on plotter download 

and plotter power on and utility programe sending firmware file after sending u check your plotter restart and ready to print thats done ......

and firmware send then no restart its means dont match firmware your pc windows 

i solve my plotter this problem

If you followed thes mikeg81steps and did not solved. Replace the power supply module.
