Hi Team!

 

We currently have an HP DesignJet T520 plotter that currently is presenting the error B3A55638 which is the blue screen once turned on, we have tried the following:

 

1. Turning off-on

2. Different outlet connections

3. Reinserting the print-head

 

We speculate that it might be something, however, we currently don't have a technical manual regarding these codes, and we can't just conclude to replace something without knowing the root cause of the issue (for example, replacing the PCB board and see what happens).

Usually the usb firmware drive corrupted 

 

Look for part 

 

CQ890-67111

 

It's only a few $

 

You need to take lhs cover off to fit it.
