I have an HP Designjet Z5200 that will not start. It makes 5 loud beeps and then displays:
" X 08:11 Restart the printer. If the problem persists, call support"
On the formatter board, light 1 is flashing. I saw in another post that it is likely the hard drive. I am not sure where I can order it from. Can someone help?

Part number is CQ113–67013
You can check the HP parts store at parts.hp.com
Please note you must purchase this drive as it has the firmware pre-installed and you cannot install the firmware onto a blank drive.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.

Here's a link to the service manual which will be helpful in explaining what the beeps are telling you and help with other error codes: https://www.lpscomputer.com/collections/designjet-z5200-parts
It's free and handy to have on hand. (Ignore the image on the link. That's a different printer from yours.) If you click on the picture it will bring up the manual which you can then download if you wish. I usually keep hard copies of the service manual I download and have them bound. Good thing to try if you plan on keeping the printer a long time.
Also, follow Repairatrooper advice. You can't just buy an off-the-shelf hard drive and load the firmware. Doesn't work. LPS and Ebay also sells them already loaded and ready to go. I've purchased from both and haven't had any problems.
