Product: HPZ 5200

Hi all,  I have a HPZ5200 Design Jet. Just replaced the PrintMech Board and as soon I fired it up I get the 59.2:00 Contact HP Support message.  Any ideas as to what to do please?

Hello

 

Its because the installed PrintMech is reused you need to install a new one. do you have the ref of printMech? and a picture of error code? you can load it into wetransfer
