T520 e plotter
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I'm getting the error code B3CB66AE on the plotter input screen.  I'm assuming its the old "blue screen of death". Does anyone know what the code refers to?  If I need to replace the main board, I have an old model CQ893-64001. Will the newer main boards be compatible? Thanks in advance.

Hi,

Isolate the printer, remove ink cartridge, printhead and paper

Try another power cable and power outlet

If the issue persist use the CQ890-67105 USB New Module with F/W SV

Good news, that's a lot cheaper than the Main PCA 🙂

Mike, solution worked perfect. Back to burnig through rolls of paper. LOL!

Thanks, Bob
