Product: HP DesignJet T2300 PostScript Multifunction Printer

Error code 02.1:10 T3200designjet printer won't initialize fully and ad 64% throws that error code.
I have replaced the power supply and HDD earlier this year. 
Please help.

After you replaced the power supply and the hdd, did that fix the problem for awhile and then it just started throwing this error code up?

The error code points to a problem with the carriage or the connecting cable to the carriage.  There should be some diagnostic tests in the service manual to help pinpoint the problem.
