If you google "Z2100 service manual" you can download a free copy.
Sounds like a trailing cable issue. Have you done (or had done) any work on the printer?

Dear HP Customer,
Error 11:10 can be triggered Primarliy due to damaged or faulty trailing cable. However issue may be caused even by below reason,
1. Bad printheads
2. Bad connector on carriage PCA
3. Bad connector on main PCA
4. Loose connection of trailing cable either at carriage PCA or Main PCA sides.
To isolate the issue, please remove all printheads from the printer and restart the printer, check if the SE 11:10 error is resolved. If yes, then please install 1 printhead at a time till you find the printhead/s causing the issue and replace the faulty printhead/s.
If issue of SE 11;10 persists even after you remove the printheads, then it would need a HP designjet trained technician to repair the printer. Hence, I request you to please contact HP Support for further help
