This error when sending files for printing (any files, not just a certain type with a certain extension) appears when there is a network communication error -loose network cables, after the last update of the ripping program or Windows. Try to rollback the latest Windows update, turn off the antivirus program (if any), you can also unplug the printers power cables for a few minutes, check the network cables for breaks or bad contact. However, sometimes the printer itself has some kind of error that is not announced and such oddities begin. You may check for these errors in HP printer embedded web server (EWS). Therefore, I recommend that you check the printer - clean the printheadheads by cleaning by hand (all contacts too), remove media profiles no longer in use, clear the print queue (if any), restart the network (if possible) and then connect the printer to it.

that's...really too much...We had to replace the disk to avoid errors (latex 570), but they changed it for us for less than $1000, and the change itself is not something complicated, but in order to have a warranty, the technicians had to do it. It turned out that the errors continue now but are less frequent. Try reinstalling the latest firmware from a flash drive (I'm sure you've done this 100 times at least) and try connecting the computer with the rip software directly to the printer (if you haven't)...and again remove profiles that are not often used...
