If this error appears on blue screen when trying to start the printer up then the most common cause is a failed firmware storage device and you need to replace it PN CQ890-67105. You should be able to purchase from the HP Parts Store
https:\\parts.hp.com.
It might be a failed mainboard but in most cases it is the part listed above.
