Product: Hp designjet 5500

hello hp community! I got a problem with my hpdesignjet 5500! At the initialization state,this error code appears ; 0B0008  0000001.

Please what is the way faward?I'm a techicien of designjet 500/800

The printer is reporting this error because is not detecting the cooling fan, you need to test the cooling fan in the main PCA.
