One day it just stopped working! The only thing I can think of was it was turned off at the wall instead of shut down. Now when I turn it on, i get event code 0153-0302. Tried all the advice of turning on and off, removing all paper jams, etc, but message persists. Someone looked at it and said it is a firmware issue. Frustrated as it is only 15 months and hardly used.  Anyone had similar issues and fixed them easily. I am in Zambia and now have to drive it 15 hours down to South Africa to fix it, if I cant do it here. TIA

Not firmware, this is a failure to detect the multi-feeder presence sensor.
