we have a client with 08:04 service code on an HP dj T1300 PLOTTER.

 

we have been subcontracted by their dispatch that has sent them a Formatter/HDD & interconnect board.

 

We have also downloaded on a usb the firmware. email direct

I've been down this path many times. I final figured out the solution to get the printer fixed in expensively.

I was an HP Customer Engineer from 1995-2002.
During this time, I serviced contract and warranty calls within the Northern Indiana area.
