DesignJet T120 excess ink being dumped onto paper

If it is blots of ink, then likely the printhead has failed. Remove the cartridges and look at the bottom of the cartridge cavity in the printhead. If you see ink there, you will have to replace the printhead. Please note the that leaked ink can cause other issues, even after changing the printhead if the line sensor gets covered in ink. Symptom typically that you will not be able to load paper.
