Hi guys I have just finished a large print, gone on to do another job and got and now have a message come up against all links saying faulty   all print heads are showing perfect. I have replaced 2 ink cartridges. The inks I have been using are slightly out of date but this has never been an issue in the past,  can anyone help please. Have always done printing over wi fi connection if this helps

Hi,

Turn off printer and take out all inks and turn on again. reinstall inks when printer ask, if the issue persist, check firmware let us know

If all inks show as fault it would suggest an issue with it ink supply station. You may want to reseat any connections to the ISS.

I have checked connections , this seems fine, there has been a mention of updating firmware, drivers seem very old on Hp site for this, is it the actual firmware module in the back of the computer that needs changing?

Still have the same issue and not sure how to check or update the firmware if I'm honest
