HP Designjet T120
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to upgrade firmware for designjet T120 using HP upgrade utility while connecting my laptop to the printer with USB cable. When I launch the Upgrage utility, it gives a message that 'Queue not installed. Please install queue. Firmware not upgraded'

 

Can anyone guide me how to resolve this?

Is the plotter installed on the laptop? Most HP update programs like this require the printer to be installed and fully functional on the laptop, which usually means using HP drivers.
