The link is still broken, Trying everyday since 9/22/2025

This is not what I would call "Temporary". As I stated in my post it has been down for 4 days, since Monday 9/22.  Service rep also confirmed it is down.  I know where to find the file and I have been trying that link for 4 days. I opened a ticket on Tuesday that HP closed without offering any resolution.

1. Sorry for the issues you were having while trying to find that file.

  • Please remember that most of the answers in this forum are provided by volunteers. I am volunteer.
  • I have no updates info on ticket or case number. Just trying to help with the firmware download.

 

2. So, going back the question, did you already try to download firmware from the link ?

 

3. I did try yesterday and was able to download firmware file, it seems that is working.
