Product: Designjet T1530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello,
Does anyone can identify what causing the garbage print of our plotter T1530. I've already run clean printer head, align printer head same issue and test other printer head still same issue. see attached video.

Hello,
It looks like you are printing at a very fast speed and low quality. I would advise a brand new printhead and also check your settings for sending jobs to improve the quality. Run all alignments and calibrations to make sure it is printing as best an accurate as possible. Also check that your files are of a decent quality.
