We are unable to get the HP Click Driver to work during the installation process.

The printer should be connected via the network, and both the client and the printer are on the same subnet. The printer is reachable via ping and can be accessed successfully, but the HP Click Driver installer does not detect or discover the device.

IPP is enabled on the printer, and installation via USB works without any issues.

The Windows Firewall on the client and the firewall on the printer are both disabled.

The antivirus software is not active.
