Hi @CLickHelp

Thank you for responding.

I understand your frustration; however, HP does not provide an official downgrade option or publicly host older versions of HP Click once a previous release has been replaced. In this situation, I would recommend reinstalling the current version or waiting for a future update that addresses the issue.

Have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.

I was able to get this version to work after the advise of another user: uninstall the printer (something goes wrong with the IP address of the installed printer or something). Add a printer and DON'T let it discover it automatically, so stop that discovery process and add the printer manually by directly typing in the IP address of your printer. By adding it that way, we are no longer getting the "FAILED" error after submitting jobs.

Hi @CLickHelp

Thank you for responding.

Thank you for sharing these details and explaining the steps that worked for you. It is helpful to know that removing the existing printer and manually adding it using the printer’s IP address resolved the “FAILED” error, suggesting that the issue may have been related to the automatically configured printer port or network discovery. This information will be helpful not only for me but also for other users experiencing the same issue.

U mnie niestety to nie pomogło, nadal aplikacja hp click blokuje możliwość wydruku. Mogę jedynie drukować z innych aplikacji np. pdf więc sterownik drukarki jest ok. To sama aplikacja blokuje jakoś wydruk.

This unfortunately did not work for me. Luckily found an older version in a user's downloads folder and was able to get some people in the office back up and running. The official support responses in this thread have been pathetic.
