HP DesignJet Studio 36-in Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, we have recently been experiencing a lot of problems using the HP Click software.

We have a few PCs (both Windows 10 and 11) that are having issues when we send large architectural drawings to the plotter. After we press 'Print,' the plotter starts to get ready, and soon after we are getting a print error in HP Click and the PC disconnect from the network. (We are running a local network directly through LAN).

We can try to restart the PC, but it just stays in an endless loop while restarting. We have to hold down the start button to start the PC again.

We are using the latest HP Click version 3.6.378 and have also tried with an older version 3.5, but with the same issue.

This issue started at the beginning of this week.

Has anyone experienced the same issue? And perhaps, someone have a solution?

Thanks!
