Product: HP DesignJet T210 24-in Printer

I was using HP Click for hours just fine one day just to have it act screwy at the end of the night. The next day it won't let me drag and drop or manually enter any pictures or files into the system. I tried restarting the system, my laptop, the printer (button and unplug), I even Uninstalled the program and reinstalled it. I even called HP Support and gave them control of my laptop, but nothing worked! Has anyone had any luck fixing this issue?
