We are trying to use HP Click to send files to our Z6.  On two PCs (both running Windows 11), HP Click installed and let us click the little "stop" button when it tries to search for the printer.  From there we were able to add it by IP address.  On two other PCs (both running Windows 11), HP Click installs but when it comes to the "searching for your printer" screen it does not find the printer nor let us stop the search to enter it manually.

Any suggestions?

Since HP Click works on two Windows 11 PCs and gets stuck only on the other two, I’d compare the network/firewall settings on the affected PCs first. Make sure they’re on the same network as the Z6 and that Windows Firewall or security software isn’t blocking HP Click’s printer discovery.

Also check whether the affected PCs can reach the Z6 by its IP address in a browser. If they can, try temporarily allowing HP Click through Windows Firewall and any third-party antivirus/firewall, then restart HP Click. If it still gets stuck, reinstalling HP Click after removing its previous configuration may help.

Nothing appreciably different between all 4 PCs.  Same version of Windows and same firewall settings.  All on the same network.  All using the same version of HP Click.  We're stumped...

One thing we did notice was in the HP Click logs there's an entry saying "debug: event-registration - console-message: preload-djcore-bridge: Failed to initialize: Error: The specified module could not be found." which seems to be right around where a working PC's log and a bad PC's logs diverge.
