We have had this issue before, but it was fixed by changing the transmit and receive buffer to 2048.

However, we have noticed it has started happening again.

Does anyone have a solution to this issue?

We have tried updating the network driver, BIOS, and HP Click, but the PCs are still crashing.

So, what is the issue? When we start sending a PDF file to print using HP Click, it begins plotting the PDF. After a few minutes, it stops, an error shows up on the PC, and then the network driver crashes. The PC needs to be restarted to work properly again. After some time, the plotter cancels the plot.

We are experiencing this issue on multiple PCs in our office.

We are having the same problem. HP support said to contact Dell because it must be the NIC in the Optiplex 7010 Micro. After troubleshooting with Dell, Dell says it is the HP Click software. We decided to replace the PC with a brand new one and it has the same issue with the same NIC.

The network interface card Model Intel 1219-LM seems to have the issue but a Realtek NIC does not

Attempted to change the Transmit and Receive values to 2048 but this did not work

Temporary Fix- installed a USB-A to Network Adapter and it works by bypassing the NIC.

Bottom line HPClick crashes the network interface card Model Intel 1219-LM
