HP Click
macOS 10.15 Catalina

I have a HP DesignJet Z2100 44" printer that I need a program to print from. I see that "HP Click" should work for this. I have tried to download the most current version on The HP website; https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-click-printing-software/15550865/swIte...

The iMac OS 10.15 response is,

“HP Click” is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.

I have tried the Control + Open, but that hasn't worked.

Any ideas?

The only way I managed to get it running was to install the old 3.1.359 version, and let it auto-update.

I got this link from HP support to the old version: https://wetransfer.com/downloads/1dcebc1a2ba42fcca94346c5cc771dc020200914101932/78d24c

Hey, Tom. I'm in the same boat, and can't seem to get it to work with my new computer. I tried accessing your We Transfer download and it says that it is expired. Would you mind sharing the older utility again? Thanks.

From HP Support:

to fix the issue open Terminal and issue the following command

xattr -cr /Applications/HP\ Click.app

then the HP Click works
