Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, we have multiple large format printers.  I recently ran all my firmware upgrades and upgraded our HP Click software.  Now, HP Click will not allow us to print borderless to our Z5600 printer any longer even when we are using glossy or satin paper.  What has happened?  Oh yes, and there seems to be no where to ask HP questions about this.  There message bot on the HP Click page is broken too.
