Hello,

I have (after much headache) installed HP Click on my Windows 10 x64 machine, I own and run a HP Designjet z6200 42-in Photo printer, I have tried loading files into HP click to print, HP click does not load the files, it simply says "analysing <FILENAME>" currently it has been 'analysing' a 300dpi A3 jpg file ( a CAD drawing) for the past 20 minutes.
I would load HP Instant printing as that works, IU would appreciate either a solution to HP Click, or someone letting me know how I can run HP Instant Printing on Windows 10 because Click is just a pile  of utter crap

Hello @ArchiPrint-Ed ,

When experiencing issues with HP Click, such as files not loading and being stuck in an "analysing" state, here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

  1. Check System Requirements: Ensure your system meets the necessary requirements for HP Click. It should be compatible with your HP DesignJet Z6200 printer and your operating system.

  2. Update Software: Make sure HP Click is updated to the latest version. Software updates can resolve bugs and improve performance.

  3. Reinstall HP Click: Uninstall HP Click from your system and download the latest version from HP's official website. Reinstalling the program can sometimes fix inherent installation issues.

  4. Check File Compatibility: Verify that the file type you are trying to load is supported by HP Click. For CAD drawings, ensure that they are saved in a compatible format such as PDF, JPG, or TIFF.

  5. File Size and Resolution: Large file sizes or high-resolution files can sometimes cause longer processing times. Try reducing the file size or resolution and attempt to load it again.

  6. System Resources: Ensure your computer has sufficient resources (RAM and CPU) to handle file processing with HP Click. Close any unnecessary applications running in the background.

For running HP Instant Printing, ensure you have the software installed and configured correctly for your HP DesignJet printer. If it's not pre-installed on your computer, check HP's support page for the relevant version that supports your printer model.

Thank You!
