Product: HP DesignJet T1600dr 36-in Printer

We have used HP Click for years. In the last two weeks it suddenly gives us ERROR PRINTING on various PDF's. Not all PDF's but some. There is nothing showing differently about these PDF's and we are not doing anything differently than in the last four years.

 

We have installed and updated to the latest firmware on the HP T1600 DR 

We have updated and installed the latest version of HP Click 

 

The problem is still there.
