Hi, 

 

I uses HP click to print the large format files, however it can not connect to the printer.  The printer does work with other softwares on the same computer, and it is in idle mode in system preference. 

HP Click did work when I initially setup the printer, but , but it will not able to find the printer again the next time I want to use the printer.  I also noticed that auto discovery didn't work when I am setting up the printer, I had to enter the ip manually.

I tried to rest the router, computer and printer, it worked once, but it is not a long term solution since others are using the network.

I tried on 3 different mac and 2 router and the same thing happens.
