we are using hp designjet t2530 in out office and it has started showing error 63:20 recently. sometimes it takes 2-3 commands and then stops printing or sometimes it hangs up. can you please tell me what may have caused the problem and how to solve it.

Problem Description: Input/Output problem through the network interface of the Formatter
Corrective action: Try the following:
1. Switch the power off from the back of the product and disconnect the power cord.
Reconnect the power cord and power on the product.
2. Check that the Network cable is correctly connected to the Formatter.
3. Check that the product has the latest firmware version. If not, update the firmware to the
latest version.
4. Replace the Formatter. See Formatter on page 381.
NOTE: For Revision B printers the Formatter and Hard Disk are replaced as a single part.

3. Error message (if any)
• Example: ""Low disk space"" error in Windows
4. Any changes made to your system before the issue occurred
• Examples: Upgrading your Operating System or installing a new software; or installing new hardware like a printer, modem, or router.
