What do I need to do to get this information displayed? 

Since this information is missing, when I want to print A3 that is in a multi sheet tray, the printer doesn't use it automatically, and I need to mess with the settings each time.

Printer is connected over LAN network.

If that doesn't work, try removing and reinstalling the driver with the most updated package below:

1. What should I expect from "print scan doctor" application?

It just runs in the background and there is no feedback from it. I still have the same issue.

2. Then I uninstall previous driver and try to install new from your link. 

 IP address for the printer is different from IP address I use in Chrome to get to the printer.

If I enter IP address manually, I still can't go forward in the next screen.

Then I get to here 

But "Next" button is greyed out, and I can't go forward.
