Is there any numeric error codes? Did you have any errors before you replaced the printhead?

There are no codes that come up on the display and no other information other than replace printerhead

How full are the ink cartridges?  If any of them are low it won't complete the printhead replacement process. That would be the first thing I'd check.

You might try reseating the printhead if you haven't already.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.

I had a low ink cartridge and replaced it with a new one.  I retried initializing the printer head replacement process again and it failed.

Could be air in the ink tubes...I had this exact scenario once but even after purging I had to fit new cartridges where any were below 50% and unfortunately I also had to replace the printhead again...
