Hi.
I have installed my first HP DesignJet XL 3800 multifunction printer. I have performed the initialisation (toner / printheads etc) and now I try to boot the printer.
Sometimes the printer is preparing the print process for a very long time, sometimes I see error message 0086-0010-0065 (system error) when the system starts. The printer asks for a reboot when the error appears, however this does not help. This is my demo and training printer. So I am not certified yet, no service manual to lookup the error code.
Anyone has an idea what this error code means? Your help is appreciated.

If you are an HP partner you should contact them directly. To date HP has been very restricted with this information but you should be able to get assistance under warranty.
