turn on power , when carriage box moves to left & turn it off.

check the belt, clean & lubricate the silver metal rod, check if anything block the movement of carriage box...

then you should know why most likely.

i have cleaned the belt and metal rod. what lubricant should i use?

I have both   synthetic ? oil  , also watch /clock lubricant oil

( one time I bought 5 small bottles on Ebay for $3 each. work great )

Sheldon Lithium White Lubrication Grease 5gm i have ordered this online any idea if this will work?

The white grease is correct for this model. The synthetic oil is for other models.

Will it correct your noise issue (maybe-maybe not)

I have a feeling the noise is from the cutter that travels with the carriage when it cuts. (it is a noisy cutter to begin with)

Is the cutter always attached when it shouldn't be?

You can remove the cutter at the left and check that there is no issue with the rollers.

i have applied the grease and cleaned the rod but still i get the same error messages. i am trying to move the carriage with hand but it feels like it is taking a lot of effort to move it any solution for that?

you must make sure power is off. if power off  you feel need efforts to move the carriage,  not right already.

I suspect the belt was installed not correctly ..carriage box must move freely, smoothly.

check belt direction , make sure      not twisted, same direction..

if right cover was removed, look at the carriage movement & see where you feel not right....

check encorder strip, especially right side bracket.. it should be little flexible, like spring.   not tough tough.

keep your mind calm & look at the carriage movement......
