Product: HP DesignJet T1600dr 36-in PostScript Printer

I've been trying to install this printer for a user recently.  I've installed a few different drivers and installed the printer on a few different PC's.  Drivers used include the PDF V4 and the standard V4.  

 

Whenever I try and print as much as a test page, the error "no paper" occurs

 

Any familiarity with this issue?  Is there a specific order that must be followed or piece of supporting software?  The listed programs number about 10 and some of them are bloatware and can't be installed on my enterprises domain
