HP DesignJet T650

The plotter will not print the complete PDF as shown in the print preview.  For Instance, if I print a 24"x36" print, it only prints a portion of the full PDF.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  We just got this plotter in this week, so it is somewhat frustrating I am spending so much time just to get a 24" x 36" print.

Have you added in the paper size? If not, I suggest going to your properties > advanced and choosing a custom paper size

I'm having the exact same issue with our T650-24in and I've spent entirely to much time dealing with what should have never been an issue.  As for the response about adding a page size, the page size is selected from the drop down menu in either Architectural C or D.  I use both of these depending on what is needed for a particular document.  As Lwoodmapper said, the print preview shows correctly in size and orientation.  Nothing seems to work!!!
