Product: HP DesignJet T650 36-in Printer
All, having issue with this plotter where it throws up a printhead error the printhead appears missing not detected
Code 0xc19a0002.
Whats been done
Contacted cleaned on carriage.
New print head and cartridges.
Have tried to update FW via HP designjet utility but doesn't load. Have tried installing again same result. So have not been able to upgrade to latest supplied FW of 2_001.2325A.
So to summarise what i am asking is
1. Has anyone had this error and what was the solution?
2. Has anyone has the designjet software issue and how did you get this resolved.
Thanks in advance for the suggestions.
