We've seen a cartridge related problem on two of our T730's.  An introductory cartridge show empty.  A new genuine HP cartridge is installed.  The plotter displays a cartridge error and will not accept the cartridge.  Cleaning the contacts in the cartridge and reseating it does not clear the error.  The only way we have found to resolve it is to put the empty cartridge back in and then replace it again with the same new cartridge tried before.  Has anyone else seen this or is there a service bulletin out on it?  My guess is it is some type of firmware bug.  The plotters are running 001.1913C firmware.  Thank you, Chris

No service bulletin shows on my searches of the partner support site.
