The printhead in this DJ T730 was replaced on 9/24/25.  I received a ticket today for an only prints black problem.  There is no evidence of color on the printhead; only black.  The cartridges are genuine HP and show good.  I've seen a number of DOA or early life printhead failures the last 6-months or so.  This looks like another one.  Has anyone else had printhead problems?  We have around a dozen T730's.  The failures have been on a number of different units.  The warranty date on this one is 09-Apr-2027.  Thank you, Chris

I have grown to despise the so called "permanent" mono-block printhead. I have seen a number heads fail due to leaking. This often results in the line sensor cleaning brush becoming polluted with ink and if not addressed can often cause a failure to initialize the new print head or cause paper loading issues.
