When printing graphical images every1.25" I get a line on the paper in the same ink color but looks impressed into the page.  If I could attach and image that might help but can't figure out how to do that.  I have cleaned the heads all cartridges are good.

I don't work for HP or speak for them, Just a shooter and a printer.

Sounds like your paper advance calibration is off for your paper and you are experiencing what is called banding. Go into settings and find paper advance calibration (I have a different designjet so I cant tell you which menus to go through.)

I think you increase the advance percentage to reduce banding.
